1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using the rental services of STG Groups ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services.
2 Rental Agreement
All equipment rentals are subject to a formal rental agreement signed by both parties. The rental period, rates, delivery terms, and specific equipment conditions will be specified in the rental agreement. No rental is binding until a signed agreement and required deposit have been received by STG Groups.
3 Equipment Use
The renter agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and safety regulations. Equipment must be operated only by qualified, licensed personnel. Unauthorized modifications, sub-letting, or transfer of equipment to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from STG Groups.
4 Payment Terms
Rental charges are as agreed in the rental contract. A security deposit may be required before equipment is released. All invoices are due within the period specified in the agreement. Late payments may attract a penalty as stipulated in the rental agreement. STG Groups reserves the right to repossess equipment in the event of non-payment.
5 Damage & Loss
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Any theft, loss, or total destruction of the equipment must be reported to STG Groups immediately. The renter shall bear the cost of repair or replacement at current market value. STG Groups recommends renters obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
6 Delivery & Collection
STG Groups will deliver and collect equipment at mutually agreed times and locations. The renter is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access for delivery vehicles. Any delays caused by site conditions beyond STG Groups' control may incur additional charges.
7 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing with minimum notice as specified in the rental agreement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee. STG Groups reserves the right to cancel any booking in cases of equipment unavailability or force majeure events, with a full refund of any deposit paid.
8 Liability Limitation
STG Groups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total rental amount paid for the specific equipment involved. STG Groups is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9 Safety Compliance
The renter is responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations, local laws, and site-specific requirements are complied with during the rental period. STG Groups provides equipment in safe and well-maintained condition, but the renter is responsible for conducting pre-operation checks and ensuring safe working conditions on-site.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics are the property of STG Groups and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
11 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
12 Amendments
STG Groups reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
